目的:分离鉴定草苁蓉的化学成分。方法:以体积分数为75%的乙醇提取,硅胶柱层析分离,IR, NMR和MS方法确定结构。结果:分得5个化合物分别鉴定为3a-乙酰氧基齐墩果酸、草苁蓉纳拉苷、胡萝卜苷、齐墩果酸和β-谷甾醇。结论:5个化合物中以3a-乙酰氧基齐墩果酸和胡萝卜苷为首次从草苁蓉中分离得到。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study of the constituents from Boschniakia rossica METHODS: IR, 1<\sup>H NMR,13<\sup>C NMR
and MS were used to elucidate the constituents. RESULTS: Five constituents were elucidated as 3a-acetoxy oleanolic acid, boschnaloside, daucosterol, oleanolic acid andβ-sitosterol. CONCLUSION: The 3a-acetoxy oleanolic acid and daucosterol were separated first from this plant.
