Abstract: The main contents of experimental designs are introduced in this paper.According to the fact that some people often fail to obey the principles of control and randomization in the experimental designs and clinical trials, a great many examples using statistics containing errors or omissions in the medical research work are illustrated. It will be of benefit for the clinical doctors to improve the quality of the experimental designs by means of the discrimination and explanation of those examples.
