Advances of research of thrombosis in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria

Abstract: Paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria(PNH) is aclonal hematopoietic stem cell disease,andcharacterizedby intravascular hemolytic anemia,pancytopenia and thrombosis. Although PNH is an non-malignant disease, its complications have serious effect on patient’squality of life and survival. The most common serious complication is thrombosis formation.
