Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is widely considered to be the result of an aggressive autoreactive T cell attack on myelin. Now animal models induced by myelin sheath peptide and virus are widely used in the research of pathogenesis and therapies of this disease, which are similar with human disease in the pathogenesis and symptoms of process.
