Abstract: Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K) signaling pathway is involved in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, tumor and immune system diseases. Regulation of PI3K can regulate apoptosis, autophagy, inflammatory response and other pathophysiological processes, which provides a new idea for the treatment of diseases.

Key words: phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K), atherosclerosis, immune inflammation
