CircRNA_23113 inhibits the proliferation and migration of lung adenocarcinoma cells

Abstract: Objective: To explore the expression of circRNA_23113 in lung adenocarcinoma and its influence on the proliferation and migration of lung adenocarcinoma cells. Methods: Screening 5 cases of lung adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues by high-throughput sequencing,from which screened out the differentially expressed circular RNA circRNA_23113. Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of circRNA_23113 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, serum and cells; the overexpression plasmid of circRNA_23113 was constructed, and its effect on cell proliferation and migration was analyzed by CCK-8 method, clone formation experiment, cell scratching and transwell chamber method; Westernblot was used to detect the expression of β-catenin, cyclinD1 and c-myc protein levels. Results: CircRNA_23113 was significantly lower expressed in tissues, serum and cells of patients with lung adenocarcinoma (P<0.05). Overexpression of circRNA_23113 inhibited the proliferation and migration of A549 and H1299 cells(P<0.05); circRNA_23113 inhibited the expression of β-catenin, cyclinD1 and c-myc(P<0.05). Conclusion:circRNA_23113 is poorly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma, and overexpression can inhibit the proliferation and migration of lung adenocarcinoma cells.
