A questionnaire survey was conducted after the training, including comprehensive course evaluation and satisfaction with personal ability improvement. Results After the training, the score of experiment group was significantly higher than that of control group on Objectiveexamination questions and film reading ability (P<0.05). The comprehensive course evaluation and satisfaction with personal capacity improvement of experiment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).
