Training of self-regulated capability building in the standardized training for cardiologists

Abstract: The standardized training of cardiologists in china is an important continuing medical education program to improve the individual and national level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. On account of the varying quality of standardized training trainees and the lack of targeted clinical training and assessment system, the current training program is unable to meet the future job demand of cardiologists. From the training base perspective, the study put forward a goal of improving Core Competencies and focus on the development of self-growth capability. Through the elaboration of training system, the development of personalized training programs, the classification of assessment forms and standard, and other measures, the aim to improve trainees' self-growth capability to figure out problems, to think and solve the problems, and to explore a new way to improve the quality of cardiologists standardized training in China.
