New progress of goal-directed fluid therapy in enhanced recovery after surgery

Abstract: Goal-directed fluid therapy(GDFT) is an important method to accelerate patients rehabilitation after surgical operation. It can maintain the stability of hemodynamic indexes, balance of oxygen supply and demand, reduce the perioperative inflammatory response, minimize postoperative complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
