Problems and countermeasures of general practitioners standardized training in the field of endocrine metabolic diseases

Abstract: The standardized training of general practitioners is the key to cultivate qualified general practitioners. Endocrine metabolic disease is an emerging discipline. Improving the clinical teaching quality of standardized training of general practitioners in the field of endocrine metabolic diseases is worthy of attention. In this paper, though analyzing teaching requirements and objectives,and based on our experience in clinical teaching practice, it summarized the problema in training of general practitioners in the field of endocrine metabolic diseases, such as the teaching content method, the teachers level, and student's own questions. Then, it puts forward countermeasures to improve and advance the training quality.
