A preliminary study on virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL model in standardized training for hematology

Abstract: Objective To evaluate virtual simulated diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL teaching model in resident planning. Methods From 2017-2019,78 doctors from Gulou Hospital affiliated to Nanjing University were randomly divided into control group (traditional teaching mode) and experimental group (virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL mode). Results The theoretical scores and OSCE scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The virtual plus simulated training model of diagnosis and treatment combined with the PBL model is better than the traditional teaching model.
