Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs with a length of more than 200 nt. Studies have shown that lncRNAs participate in chromatin modification and pre/post-transcriptional regulation to regulate the expression of multiple genes. In recent years, studies have revealed that lncRNAs have critical roles inthe development of autoimmune diseases by regulating the differentiation and function of immune cells.
