Abstract: Prediabetes is defined as an intermediate state of plasma glucose levels between normal blood glucose and diabetes, so early detection and treatment can effectively intervene in the prediabetic stage and prevent the progression of diabetes, thus reducing the incidence of diabetes. Therefore, some new and more sensitive biomarkers have been found to be particularly important, for example, adiponectin,FetA and α-HB. In addition, exercise and dietary intervention are also best ways to control prediabetes.
