Abstract: The etiological factors and pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases is indefinite，however，many studies have found that epigenetic mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases in recent years. Epigenetic mechanisms includes histone modification，chromosome modification，chromosome inactivation，RNA editing and so forth，histone acetylation is one of the epigenetic mechanisms. This article mainly summarized the research progress of abnormal changes in histone acetylation and related enzymes in certain autoimmune diseases.
