Abstract: The effect of aspirin is extensive, which can treat many diseases such as stroke.But curative effect of different doses of aspirin is not completely the same。In recent decades of research，we found that low-dose aspirin can irreversiblly inhibit the activity of epoxidase (COX-1), blocking the formation of thromboxane A2, inhibiting platelet aggregation, preventing thrombosis, thus it plays a role of delaying the progress of the ventricular remodeling of myocardial hypertrophy.
