Abstract: Pluripotent stem cells provide an ideal cell source for the study of the molecular mechanisms of disease, drug screening and regenerative medicine applications, however, the current study of pluripotent stem cells is facing many bottlenecks and challenges in generation. To provide ideas for further study, here, we review recent advances in the study of pluripotent stem cell generation.
