Abstract: Retinal neural degeneration diseases is one of the main causes of vision loss, TNF-α as an inflammatory cytokine with pleiotropic biological activity, after binding to its receptor by a variety of signaling pathways, may have play critical role in pathogenesis of retinal neural degeneration diseases, which is including glaucoma, ischemic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration and retinitis pigmentosa.
