Abstract: Objective structured clinical examination plays an increasing role in medical education nowadays, while its disadvantage of organizing is obviously, it needs much more resource. Its complex organizational processes bring a lot of tedious examination affairs for administers who in charge of OSCE, also it is not conducive to achieve standardization. A paperless examination system was established to address this problem at Peking Union Medical College. The system has its advantages and disadvantages. To address its disadvantages, 1-2 sets of solutions should prepared to deal with problems when it happens.
