Abstract: Teaching feedback has been affected by many fact,which including education theory, culture diversity et.al. Article analysis the teaching feedback in United States clinical education by the example of the visiting student’s experience in Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. In clinical education, the aim of teaching could be successfully got by consideration the specific teaching contact and students’ idiosyncrasy and flexible teaching feedback utilization.
