Research progress of targeted drugs in breast cancer treatment

Abstract: Because of its specificity, significant effect, low side effect, molecular targeted therapy has been applied in the treatment of breast cancer. Recently, various molecular targeted drugs have been exploited including targeted HER family, VEGF, multi-targeted therapeutic drugs, and drugs combination.
