Research progress of TRAIL network against tumor under the guidance of systems biology

Abstract: Tumor is a systems biology disease. Treating this intractable disease by single targeted drugs has not been realistic. In this review, we analyze the anti-tumor network of Tumor Necrosis Factor-related Apoptosis-inducing Ligand（TRAIL） by a systems biology perspective, and look forward to providing individualized treatment theory in hospital based on TRAIL.
