Abstract: Apolipoprotein A5 adjusting triglyceride metabolism possible mechanisms are: 1) directly or indirectly, activating lipoprotein lipase, accelerated lipolysis rich in triglycerides; 2) inhibit the synthesis and secretion of very low density lipoprotein; 3)speed up the liver for lipoprotein remnants of grain intake. Further clarify the role of apolipoprotein A5 in regulating metabolism of triglyceride, keen cerebrovascular disease for clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide new ideas.
