Abstract: Abstract:AP-2,a nuclear transcription factor family ,are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and carcinogenesis. At least 3 of the five AP-2 family members identified to date, AP-2a, AP-2βand AP-2γ, are related with the development of the breast cancer; transactivation fuction of AP-2 is regulated by tumor suppressor gene WWOX and P53、HER2 oncogene、trascriptional coactivators and AP-2 protein modifications.
