Abstract: This paper presents the type 2 diabetes and atherosclerosis hardening of the correlation analysis and research, mainly from the gene polymorphism, inflammatory factor, angiotensin II type 1 receptor, insulin suppression, glycosylated hemoglobin and other aspects, analyzes the possibility between the common basic pathological mechanisms. We can expected provide a new method for the prevention and treatment of diseases by the correlation effect of strong evidence for the early detection of diabetes, atherosclerosis .
