Problems and countermeasures in the standardized training of residents for master professional degree in clinical medicine

Abstract: The training of graduates for clinical medicine master degree is organized by standardized training for residents during their program. The training focuses to post competencies, capacity building of clinical diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, clinical medicine graduates should also have certain scientific research capacity. This puts forward higher requirements for the training of medical graduates. However, there are still some problems in the process of resident training for medical graduates including the contradiction between research training and clinical training,etc. This paper analyzes the problems in resident training for medical graduates and discusses the corresponding countermeasures to further improve the quality of resident training for graduates of clinical medicine.
