Effectiveness of clinical classroom teaching evaluation system

Abstract: In order to systematically supervise the quality of clinical classroom teaching of eight-year program of clinical medicine at Peking Union Medical College, a classroom teaching evaluation system was established. The effectiveness of the evaluation system was tested from three aspects including the effectiveness of the content of the evaluation system, the internal and external influence factors on the evaluation and the application of the evaluation results. A questionnaire was designed to carry out a random survey among the students. The current classroom teaching evaluation system is basically effective though there are still some weaknesses need to be improved.
