摘要: 近年来国际HapMap计划的启动和深入以及高通量基因分型技术的不断发展,将单核苷酸多态性(SNP)在复杂性疾病研究中的应用推向了一个新的高潮。利用SNP具有数量多、分布广、密度大、突变率低等特点,进行全基因组连锁研究和关联分析,有助于解决复杂疾病人群多样性的难题,为寻找复杂性皮肤病的易感基因、风险单倍型、药物靶点和个体化治疗方案开辟了新的途径。本文就复杂性皮肤病的SNP相关研究简要作一综述。

Abstract: With the acceleration of the international Hapmap project and the development of high-throughput genotyping platforms in recent years, SNPs has been widely applied in the genetic studies of complex disease. Because of the preponderant characteristics of large quantity, wide distribution, high density and low mutations, SNPs has been used in genome-wide linkage analysis and association studies, and provides potential ways in distinguishing the population variation and identifying the susceptibility genes, risky haplotype, targeted drug and individual treatment of complex skin disorders. Here, we present a review in the advance of SNP application in complex skin diseases.
