肌源性因子调控骨代谢的研究进展

摘要: 骨骼和肌肉息息相关,肌肉可合成和分泌多种肌源性因子,对骨骼的生长、发育、功能产生重要影响。肌源性因子种类繁多,可调节成骨细胞、破骨细胞和骨细胞的功能,分为促进骨骼合成代谢、骨骼分解代谢或对骨转换具有双重调控作用的因子。本文综述对骨代谢具有重要调控作用的肌源性因子的最新研究进展,以揭示肌肉与骨骼间的调控网络,为治疗肌肉骨骼疾病提供新的靶点。

Abstract: Bone and muscle are closely interrelated.Muscle can synthesize and secrete a series of myokines,which play important roles on the growth,development and function of the bone.Myokines can regulate the function of osteoblasts,osteoclasts and osteocytes,which can be divided into factors that promote bone anabolism,increase bone catabolism or regulate bone turnover in a double-edged way.This article reviews the advance of myokines which have important regulatory effects on bone metabolism,to reveal the regulatory network between muscle and bone,and provide new targets for the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases.
