微格教学法在临床医学八年制学生外科教学中的初步应用

Application of micro-teaching in surgical training for eight-year program undergraduates of clinical medicine

摘要: 目的 评估将微格教学法用于北京协和医学院临床医学八年制见习学生外科教学的初步效果。方法 对56名未曾接受微格教学的见习学生、以及其中28名接受2课时(含8个讲题)培训的学生进行问卷调查,考察其对学生表达交流的自信心提升效果,以及学生对微格教学法的态度。结果 八年制见习学生表达交流信心的自我评分较培训前在手术谈话等4个评估场景均有提高,其中在门诊交流(P<0.05)、病房讲课(P<0.05)以及国际会议(P<0.01)为显著性提高。大多数学生觉得微格教学有帮助(100%),同时认为传统课堂听讲教学法(LBL)仍有存在价值(69.6%);认为包括微格教学在内的多元化教学方式占总体教学的合适比例应为1/5~1/4。结论 微格教学法可提高八年制见习学生的表达沟通自信心,在外科教学中有一定价值。

Abstract: Objective To investigate whether integration of micro-teaching into the surgical training may facilitate the learning outcome of eight-year program undergraduates of clinical medicine during their surgical clerkship. Methods Questionnaires were used before and after micro-teaching among the undergraduates to evaluate their confidence in expression and communication as well as attitudes towards micro-teaching. Results The self-rank confidence scores were significantly improved after micro-teaching in virtual situations including out-patient clinics (P<0.05), lecture in surgical ward (P<0.05) and presentation at international symposium (P<0.01). Majority of medical students agreed that micro-teaching was beneficial (100%) whereas classical lecture-based learning (LBL) still indispensable (69.6%). Conclusions micro-teaching improves the confidence of eight-year program undergraduates in term of expression and communication during clerkship and has potential value in surgical teaching.
