临床类医学微课的课程设计与制作

摘要: 微课是互联网时代新兴的一种教育方式,它可以将枯燥的医学原理和操作技巧以主题鲜明、情景还原、多维展示、短小精悍和便于记忆的视频形式呈现给学生。目前医学微课更多的应用集中在医学理论、医院护理实习、临床基础及多专业学科等教学领域。本文中,笔者另辟蹊径以提升医学生和基层医生的临床诊断技能为目的,巧妙地将微课应用于血管外科的一线临床教学中,得到了学生和一线基层医务工作者的广泛好评,并总结出制作临床医学微课的几点经验,为后续制作医学类微课提供理论指导。

Abstract: Micro-course is an emerging educational method in the internet age. It presents boring medical principles and operational skills to students in video form,in order to achieve such an effection of clear theme, scene reduction, multi-dimensional display, short and fine, easy to remember. The application is mainly focused on medical theory, hospital nursing practice, clinical foundation and multi-disciplinary subjects. In this paper, the author aimed to improve the doctor's clinical diagnostic skills, innovatively apply micro-courses to the first-line clinical teaching of vascular surgery and had received wide acclaim from students and grassroots medical workers, and summarized some experiences of making clinical medical micro-courses. Several experiences provided theoretical guidance for the subsequent production of medical micro-courses.
