摘要: CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术以其独特的优势已经在生物医学领域中被广泛应用。利用该技术在人类心血管疾病的相关研究如:心肌细胞水平、先天性心脏病动物模型建立、冠心病高危因素、心律失常、心力衰竭和心肌病等方面已经取得了很大进步,但目前的基因编辑技术在实际运用中仍然面临着许多问题。
关键词: CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑, 心血管疾病, 基础研究, 临床转化, 基因治疗
Abstract: The CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology has been widely used in the biomedical field due to its unique advantages. The use of this technology has made great progress in related research on cardiovascular diseases such as cardiomyocyte levels, establishment of animal models of congenital heart disease, risk factors for coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure and cardiomyopathy, but the current gene editing technology still faces many problems in practical application.
