摘要： CD26是T细胞表面的活化抗原及共刺激分子，参与T细胞成熟活化以及发挥免疫效应的全过程。在人体诸多相关免疫性疾病，包括自身免疫性疾病、炎性感染性疾病、肿瘤等疾病中，CD26通过参与T细胞的免疫调节发挥不可或缺的作用。

Abstract: CD26, as a T cell surface antigen and a costimulatory molecule, is involved in the whole process of T cell maturation, activation and the realization of immune effect. In many related immune diseases of human, including autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, cancer and so on, CD26 plays an indispensable role through the immune regulation of T cells.
