GATA结合蛋白3在淋巴细胞肿瘤中的研究进展

Research advance of GATA3 in lymphoid malignancy

摘要: 转录因子GATA结合蛋白3(GATA3)在淋巴细胞分化中发挥重要的调控作用,可促进原始T细胞向TH2方向分化,抑制B细胞或髓系方向的分化。GATA3基因突变与表达异常可影响肿瘤微环境、信号传导通路的异常效应,继而推动淋巴细胞肿瘤的发生与发展。GATA3的表达水平可作为外周T细胞淋巴瘤的预后预测因子。FATA3相关靶向药物的研发具有广阔前景。

Abstract: GATA-binding protein 3 (GATA3) plays an important role in regulating lymphocyte differenciation, promoting naive T cells to differeciate towards TH2 direction and supressing the differentiation of B lymphocyte or myeloid cells. Mutation or abnormal expression of GATA3 drices the development and progression of lyphoid malignancies through affecting tumor microenvironment and transmitting false effects frm other signal pathways. GATA3 expression is a prognostic marker in peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The research on medication targetting GATA3 has shown a great future.
