摘要： 甲状旁腺激素相关蛋白(PTHrP)在骨组织中有丰富的表达，与细胞表面相应的受体结合发挥内分泌、旁分泌或自分泌作用，是骨形成和骨重建过程中一个重要的细胞因子。PTHrP作为骨合成代谢药物在骨质疏松的治疗上起到了显著的疗效，同时不断有PTHrP的新功能被发现。

Abstract: PTH-related protein (PTHrP) is an abundant factor in bone which shows paracrine, endocrine, autocrine functions combined with PTHrP receptor and plays an important role on bone metabolism. Rencent years have witnessed that PTHrP plays a significant therapeutic effect on osteoporosis and exhibits some new functions.
