Impact of cancer-associated fibroblasts derived from mesenchymal stem cell on tumor growth

摘要: 在肿瘤微环境中,肿瘤相关性成纤维细胞是肿瘤生长、转移的限速关键。近年研究表明,间充质干细胞可通过TGF-β/Samd信号途径主要分化为肿瘤相关性成纤维细胞;并通过细胞间的直接接触以及旁分泌的方式分泌各种细胞因子,参与肿瘤生长、增强肿瘤侵袭性、促进血管形成及肿瘤转移。

Abstract: CAFs (carcinoma-associated fibroblasts) are a rate-limiting determinant for growth and metastasis of cancers in tumor microenvironment. Studies recently have shown that MSCs (mesenchymal stem cells) can mainly differentiate to CAFs by TGF-β/Samd signaling pathways, and contribute to tumor growth, invasion, angiogenesis , metastasis through direct cell contacts and paracrine of various kinds of cytokines.
