脂肪细胞因子与骨关节炎研究进展

Advance in the study of adipokines in osteoarthritis

摘要: 脂肪细胞因子是一类由白色脂肪组织分泌的内源性活性多肽。近年来发现,瘦素、脂联素、内脂素及抵抗素等脂肪细胞因子在骨关节炎病理生理过程中发挥了重要作用,既可作为促炎性细胞因子参与骨关节炎性反应过程;也可独立地或与一些炎性因子协同作用,通过MMPs等软骨基质降解酶加速骨关节炎后期软骨退变过程。

Abstract: Recent studies demonstrated that adipokines, white adipose tissue produced endogenous bioactive peptides, may have play an critical role in pathophysiology of osteoarthritis(OA). It have been showed that adipokines, involving leptin, adiponectin, visfatin, and resistin, may have contributed not only to inflammation process of OA as proin?ammatory factors but to cartilage degeneration of OA late stage by metalloproteinases alone or in combination with in?ammatory mediators.
