Self-assembling peptide nanofiber scaffold and its applications in tissue engineering

摘要: 摘要: 自组装肽纳米纤维支架(self-assembling peptide nanofiber scaffold,SAPNS)是近年来被广泛研究的一种生物支架材料,其在三维细胞培养、组织修复与再生等领域得到了越来越多的应用。本综述在介绍SAPNS研究现状的基础上,按外、中、内三个胚层来源组织的顺序阐述了SAPNS在组织工程中的应用进展、存在问题及展望。

Abstract: Abstract: Self-assembling peptide nanofiber scaffold(SAPNS)has recently been widely studied as a kind of biomaterial scaffold which has been applied extensively in the fields of 3 dimension cell culture,tissue repair and regeneration and so on. Based on the introduction to the current research in SAPNS, this paper expatiates on the research progress,existing problems and prospects of SAPNS’s applications in tissue engineering according to the sequences of ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm derived tissues.
