葛根素等减轻去卵巢和铅中毒大鼠骨质疏松症

Puerarin and other reducing lead poisoning or ovariectomized in rats osteoporosis

摘要: [摘要] 目的:通过观察葛根素对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症和海尔福对铅中毒大鼠骨质疏松症的治疗效果,为中医治疗绝经后骨质疏松症和铅中毒大鼠骨质疏松症提供实验依据。方法: 5月龄健康雌性大白鼠100只,分成5个实验组(每组20只):(1) 正常对照组(Nomal);(2)去卵巢模型组(OVX);(3)铅中毒模型组(PLD);(4)葛根素+去卵巢组(P+ OVX);(5)海尔福+铅中毒组(H+PLD),各实验组在第12周取大鼠股骨切片观察骨组织,采血测量血钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶和血红蛋白,数据进行统计学分析。结果:OVX组和PLD组光镜下呈明显骨质疏松病理改变,血钙、磷明显低于Nomal组(P﹤0.01),而血碱性磷酸酶明显高于Nomal组(P﹤0.01)。P+ OVX组和H+PLD组与Nomal组比较,血钙、磷和碱性磷酸酶无显著性差异(P﹥0.05),2个治疗组无明显骨质疏松病理改变。结论:葛根素对去卵巢大鼠的骨质疏松症和海尔福对铅中毒大鼠骨质疏松症都有的良好治疗效果;铅中毒可引起大鼠骨质疏松和红蛋白降低。

P + OVX group and the H + PLD group compared with the Nomal calcium, phosphorus, and alkaline phosphatase were no significant differences (P> 0.05), 2 treatment groups had no significant pathological changes of osteoporosis. Conclusion: Puerarin on ovariectomized rats osteoporosis and Haierfu on osteoporosis in rats of lead poisoning have a good therapeutic effect; lead poisoning can cause osteoporosisAnd reduced hemoglobin
