气候因素对西宁地区自发性鼻出血的影响

Meteorological factors potentially cause spontaneous epistaxis in Xining area

摘要: 目的 探讨青海省西宁地区自发性鼻出血的频率与气候因素是否相关。方法 收集2017-01-01至 2017-12-31青海省西宁市某三甲医院耳鼻喉科急诊和门诊接诊的自发性鼻出血患者(排除鼻外伤、鼻手术、鼻腔肿物、鼻腔异物、凝血障碍疾病者)的病例,查询西宁2017年的月平均气温、月相对湿度,分析每个月鼻出血患者人数与西宁月平均气温、月相对湿度之间的关系。结果 2017年共接诊1 219 例自发性鼻出血患者,自发性鼻出血在11月至次年2月发生率最高,此时期西宁气温和湿度最低;8月、9月和10月鼻出血发生率最低,气温和相对湿度较高。皮尔逊相关分析发现月鼻出血人数与月平均温度、月平均相对湿度均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 本研究首次报道西宁地区温度、湿度等气候因素与鼻出血的关系,发现西宁地区鼻出血发病频率与气候因素(温度、湿度)明显相关。

Abstract: Objective To identigy the relationship between the morbidity of epistaxis and the meteorological factors in Xining, Qinghai province. Methods The medical records of patients with spontaneous epistaxis from the department of otorhinolaryngology emergency and outpatient department from Jan 1, 2017 to Dec 31, 2017 were collected and retrospectively reviewed. Patients with a clear etiology for the epistaxis (traumatic, iatrogenic, tumor, foreign body,coagulopathic illness) were excluded. The monthly climatic data were collected from the Xining Meteorological Administration. The relationship between the incidence of epistaxis and meteorological factors were statistically analyzed with Pearson's correlation co-efficient. Results There were 1 219 cases of epistaxis in a year period. A significant negative correlation was found between temperature and epistaxis morbidity (P<0.05). A significant negative correlation between humidity and epistaxis was also found(P<0.05). Conclusions This is the first report about potential relationship beween meteorological factors and epistaxis in Xining. The spontaneous epistaxis is potentially attributed to meteorological factors in Xining.
