摘要: 神经酰胺是一种鞘磷脂分子,作为细胞内第二信使,调控细胞增殖、分化、衰老和凋亡等生命活动。肺动脉高压是一类以肺小动脉重构和肺血管阻力增加为特征的疾病,神经酰胺通过介导肺血管重构、炎性反应过程和产生脂毒性参与肺动脉高压的发生、发展。了解神经酰胺的生物学功能及其参与肺动脉高压发生发展的具体机制,有助于给肺动脉高压的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: Ceramide is a kind of sphingomyelin molecule,as a second messenger in cells,regulates cell proliferation,differentiation,senescence,apoptosis and other life activities.Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a disease characterized by pulmonary arterioles remodeling and increased increased vascular resistance. Ceramide is involved in the occurrence and development of pulmonary arterial hypertension by mediating pulmonary vascular remodeling,inflammatory response and lipotoxicity. Understanding the biological functions of ceramide and its mechanism involved in the development of pulmonary arterial hypertension may provide new idea for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
