“双导师”制结合“闭环”式质量监控模式对医学病原生物学研究生培养初探

Preliminary study of “co-tutors” mode combined with “closed loop” quality control for training postgraduates majoring in pathogen biology

摘要: 为提高医学病原生物学专业硕士研究生科研和实践能力,提出“双导师”制培养模式,第一导师主要负责学生专业课程理论教育和科研培养,第二导师主要负责学生的实践技能培养和实践参与。同时结合“闭环”式质量监控体系对研究生的培养过程进行监管,最后形成高质量的论文,培养出科研能力强且能胜任病原体检测的合格研究生。

Abstract: To improve the capacity building of research and practical skills of postgraduates majoring in pathogen biology, a “co-tutors”training mode was developed. The first tutor was mainly responsible for the theoretical education and scientific research training, and the second tutor is mainly responsible for the training of students'practical skills.The mode was combined with a “closed-loop” quality control system to supervise the training of g postgraduates along with high-quality papers. This training program supported capacity building of research and practial skills.
