探索基于病毒鸡胚接种医学虚拟仿真实验的混合式教学模式

摘要: 虚拟仿真实验是推进高等教育信息化建设的重要手段之一。本文旨在结合本校微生物教学内容构建病毒鸡胚接种医学虚拟仿真实验,弥补因生物安全性不能开展的实验教学。面对面“线下”教学过程中借鉴jigsaw拼图教学法,呈现以“学生为中心”的师生互动模式;同时设计考核细则,完善过程评价,以评促学。探索线上有资源、线下有活动、过程有评价的混合式教学模式,有效地提高学生基础实验技能和学习效果。同时融入课程思政理念,培育医学生职业使命感。

Abstract: Virtual simulation experiments have become an important part of the informatics-based high education. This paper described the training of virus inoculation into chichen embryos by virtual simulation to avoid potential biological risk in classic experiment. In order to support students learning of basic techniques in microbiology, a cooperative learning using the jigsaw approach had been explored. Under the guidance of student-centered strategy At the same time, the evaluation of learning outcome was developed. Our goal was to construct a hybrid online and offline training system. Student's learning initiative and the experimental training outcomes have been significantly improved. In addition, this new system also facilitates the integration of education on professionalism/competence and humanity spirit into laboratory technology training.
