血液科规范化培训虚拟模拟诊疗结合PBL教学模式的初探

A preliminary study on virtual stimulation diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL model in standardized training for hematology

摘要: 目的:探索虚拟模拟诊疗结合PBL教学模式在住院医师规培中的应用价值。方法:选取2017-2019年于南京大学附属鼓楼医院血液科规培的78名医师为研究对象,随机均分对照组(传统教学模式)和实验组(虚拟模拟诊疗结合PBL模式)授课,对比两组最终出科综合成绩,根据结果对学生进行临床思维能力的综合评估并实施针对性教学。结果:实验组的理论成绩和OSCE(Objective Structrual Clinical Examination)考核的成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:用虚拟模拟诊疗结合PBL模式比传统教学模式授课在血液科医师规培教学中取得更好的成绩,值得进行推广。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL (Problem-Based Learning) teaching mode in the training of residents. Methods: From 2017 to 2019, 78 physicians trained in the Department of Hematology of Drum Tower Hospital, were selected as the research subjects. The control group (traditional teaching) and the experimental group (virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL ) were randomly divided into two classes. Compare the final scores of the two groups in the final examination, and based on the results, conduct a comprehensive assessment of clinical thinking ability of students and implement targeted teaching.Results: The theoretical scores and OSCE (Objective Structrual Clinical Examination) scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The use of virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL mode has achieved better results in regular teaching of hematologists than traditional teaching mode, and it is worth promoting.
