血液科规范化培训虚拟模拟诊疗结合PBL教学模式的初探

A preliminary study on virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL model in standardized training for hematology

摘要: 目的 探索虚拟模拟诊疗结合PBL教学模式在血液科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法 选取2017至2019年于南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院血液科规培的78名医师为研究对象;随机均分对照组(传统教学模式)和实验组(虚拟模拟诊疗结合PBL模式)授课;对比两组最终出科综合成绩,根据结果对学生进行临床思维能力的综合评估并实施针对性教学。结果 实验组的理论成绩和客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 虚拟模拟诊疗结合PBL模式比传统教学模式授课在血液科医师规培教学中取得更好的成绩,值得推广。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate virtual simulated diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL teaching model in resident planning. Methods From 2017-2019,78 doctors from Gulou Hospital affiliated to Nanjing University were randomly divided into control group (traditional teaching mode) and experimental group (virtual simulation diagnosis and treatment combined with PBL mode). Results The theoretical scores and OSCE scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The virtual plus simulated training model of diagnosis and treatment combined with the PBL model is better than the traditional teaching model.
