摘要: 环状RNA(circRNA)是一类存在所有生物体中的非编码RNA。随着测序技术的发展,已发现人类体内存在上万个circRNA。目前研究最多的是circRNA能够成为microRNA (miRNA)的海绵体,特异地吸收miRNA,使体内相关miRNA表达下调。已发现circRNA在动脉粥样硬化、主动脉瘤、心肌梗死和冠心病等心血管疾病中起着重要作用。circRNA可以通过不同的机制调控心肌肥厚、心肌纤维化以及心肌细胞凋亡过程,进而引起相应的心血管疾病的发生发展。

Abstract: Circular RNA (cirRNA) is a class of circlar of circular non-coding RNAs that exist in all organisms. With the development of sequencing technology, it has been found that there are thousands of circons in human being. At present, the most studied is that the circRNA can be a microRNA (miRNA) sponge, specifically absorbed miRNA, so that the expression of related miRNA in vivo is down-regulated. CircRNA has been found to play an important role in cardiovascular disease such as atherosclerosis, aortic aneurysm, myocardial infarction and coronary heart disease. CircRNA can regulate cardiac hypertrophy, myocardial fibrosis and cardiomyocyte apoptosis through different mechanisms, and then cause the corresponding development of cardiovascular disease.
