虚拟现实和模拟训练箱在医学生腹腔镜基本技能培训中的效果比较

Comparison of training effect of LapMentor (virtual reality) and Simbox in laparoscopic basic skills

摘要: 目的 比较虚拟现实和模拟训练箱在医学生腹腔镜模拟教学中的效果。方法 选择在北京协和医学院八年制即将进入临床无外科手术操作训练的见习生30人,该30人平均随机分配到两组:A组 [虚拟现实组 (VR组),使用虚拟现实训练系统LapMentor进行培训];B组[模拟训练箱,(box组),使用simbox进行培训]。两组均进行腹腔镜基本技能的培训,培训结束后,分别要求两组在在模拟训练箱内在一个乳胶手套上宽度为5 mm的圆形标记线内剪切出直径100 mm的圆,记录两组完成的时间、精确度和准确度,比较两组的培训效果的差异。结果: 通过虚拟现实和模拟训练箱进行培训的两组,两组腹腔镜基本技能水平之间没有差异。结论:通过虚拟现实和模拟训练箱进行腹腔镜技能培训的效果差不多,模拟训练箱的性价比要高于比虚拟现实。

Abstract: Objective Laparoscopic basic skills can be learned in simulators as virtual-reality (VR) or box-trainers. However, there is no clear recommendation for either box or VR trainers as the most appropriate tool for the training of acquired laparoscopic basic skills for medical students. Methods Surgical novices without prior surgical experience (medical students, n =30). Both training tools were compared in the acquirement of basic skills. Participants completed either a box- or VR-trainer curriculum and then were asked to cut out a circle marked on a stretchable material. All groups were assessed after 1 week on both VR or box-trainers. Three main parameters were assessed, namely time, precision and accuracy. Results There were no significant differences in time, precision and accuracy in these two groups. Conclusions VR or box-trainers can both be used for simulation training for laparoscopic skills. The box-trainers has much more cost-effect than VR, and it could be applied in training for laparoscopic basic skills in primary level hospitals.
