组蛋白乙酰化在某些风湿免疫疾病中变化的研究进展

Research progress of alterations in histone acetylation in certain rheumatic diseases

摘要: 目前许多风湿免疫疾病病因和发病机制尚不明,而近年来许多研究发现表观遗传学参与风湿免疫疾病的发病。表观遗传学主要包括组蛋白修饰、染色体重塑、染色体失活和RNA编辑等,组蛋白乙酰化是表观遗传学中的重要机制之一。本文主要综述组蛋白乙酰化及相关酶在系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎和系统性硬化症中异常改变的研究进展。

Abstract: The etiological factors and pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases is indefinite,however,many studies have found that epigenetic mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases in recent years. Epigenetic mechanisms includes histone modification,chromosome modification,chromosome inactivation,RNA editing and so forth,histone acetylation is one of the epigenetic mechanisms. This article mainly summarized the research progress of abnormal changes in histone acetylation and related enzymes in certain autoimmune diseases.
