摘要： 北京协和医院为加强导师管理，提高医院信息化管理水平，提高工作效率，根据北京协和医学院的要求，结合医院医学教育工作的特点建立并开发了导师遴选系统，系统运行4年，评价良好。作者结合医院导师遴选系统建设与运行实例，对该项工作的特点和难点进行了分析和总结，并对导师遴选工作提出了改进建议。

Abstract: In order to strengthen the management of a mentor, PUMCH has established the tutor assessment system. During the application and the implement of this system, some problems are revealed and some adjustments are made to improve it accordingly. On the basis of PUMCH’s management practices of tutor assessment system, the author analyzed and summarized the related features and difficulties，and made some recommendations for future improvement.
