摘要： 脂肪组织不仅能储存能量，还是一个重要的内分泌器官，通过分泌脂肪因子调节代谢。chemerin是新近发现的与代谢综合征密切相关的脂肪因子，与高血压联系密切，可能通过各种机制参与其发生发展。

Abstract: Adipose tissue can not only store energy, but also can secrete adipocytokines regulating metabolism. The novel adipokine, chemerin, is involved in the development of the metabolic syndrome, and closely associated with hypertension, which may be participated in the development of hypertension through a variety of mechanisms.
