Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation treatment on the recovery degree of the limb function and the activity of daily life in stroke patients. Methods: Seventy-two patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups (Early rehabilitation group 36 cases, later rehabilitation group 36 cases). Early rehabilitation group was treated with normalized rehabilitation therapy as well as medication. Later rehabilitation group was treated with medication in the hospital for 4 weeks. After nerve symptoms were stable and no further deterioration, the rehabilitation training was performed. Results: Compared with the prior treatment, the FMA score and the Barthel score of the early rehabilitation group increased significantly (P<0.05); The score of FMA and Barthel in the early rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the later rehabilitation group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05);The effect of language rehabilitation training in early rehabilitation group was more obvious than the later rehabilitation group(P<0.05), and the effective rate was 94.1%. Conclusions: Early implementation of standardized rehabilitation training can significantly improve limb motor function, daily living activity, language barrier recovery ability, and the quality of life.
