摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的为客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考试能够测评住院医师的能力维度提供量化的证据支持。方法采用结构方程(SEM)中探索性因子分析 (EFA)和验证性因子分析方法(CFA)对OSCE所有考站的能力维度因子提取后进行模型拟合检验。结果北京协和医院的客观结构化临床考试主要测评了4个能力维度。结论通过OSCE测评,证明住院医师具备一定的岗位胜任力。

Abstract: Objective The purpose of this article was to determine if structural equation model(SEM) can be successfully applied to analyze the assessment dimensions of the residents training‵s Objective Structured Clinical Examination, (OSCE ).Methods OSCE ,exploratory factor analyses(EFA) and the Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) were applied. Results The OSCE is assessing 4 dimensions of clinical competencies. Conclusions Residents’ clinical competence can be proved by OSCE.
